Love Revisited

16 April 2007

This is going to sound so tacky... Just a bunch of feelings that everyone should know at least once in a lifetime. Prince on a white horse stuff (well, it was really an airplane in my case). Nothing new to many people and yet so absolutely wonderful to experience it. Love is universal, after all. In any case, I am deeply in love. And am deeply missing him.

Mr. Right came on an airplane (he likes to travel the world) and was gone on an other plane within a day again. In the mean time, magic had happened and we just knew that it was right. Feelings exploded, fear for commitment melted away and the three magic words came out: I love you. I even started using the much hated MSN again to keep contact...

And it started hurting. Love is great. Separation sucks. When you are on one side of Europe and Mr. Right is on the other side it's no fun. It hurts. Badly. It burns, as though a fire in your chest wants to get out but can't find a way to do so. Separation sucks more if you can't travel (because my passport is at the Iranian embassy for visa). So more magic is needed.

And magic came. Or rather, Mr. Right came. well, he is magic, so magic came in the form of Mr. Right. Because it hurt him as much as it hurt me, he decided just to come over. For a whole week. A week full of magic. Definitely the best week of my life. Just being together, creating more of a foundation for our relationship. A foundation to build a house of Love on that will radiate its bliss out to the world. And to create the first pieces of shared history to cherish.

And Mr. Right had to go again. Separation came back, but in a softer form. Softer, because magic was still there. Magic will continue to be there and make separation easier to carry. Until separation can be undone and all that remains is Love.

Aku sayang kamu, C.
